Prenatal sleeping comfort:
Many have found using a firm yoga bolster under your top leg while sleeping on your side far more comfortable than pregnancy pillows. Use a comfortable pillow for your head & neck , add a prenatal belly wedge and your good to go!
You will definitely use a yoga bolster ongoing for restorative stretching and if you are not you should! See my link below for recommended bolster. I also have a few extra gently used bolsters for purchase ($20)
