Perinatal bodywork:
Perinatal bodywork is recommended starting at 12 weeks' gestation. Regular perinatal bodywork can provide better labor & postpartum outcomes.
My technique combines targeted body work where you need it, nourishing touch, gentle stretching, myofascial release and craniosacral therapy allowing you to deeply relax, create expansion & let go.
As a trained Doula, your perinatal session offers a unique approach that caters to your pregnancy needs through each trimester.
Perinatal bodywork is essential to support your changing body, encourage.
better sleep, alleviating many common discomforts through each trimester. Prenatal massage allows you to connect with your baby, reduce anxiety and prepare your body for an optimal birth & postpartum experience. A longer session is recommended for overly tight areas, chronic pain, specific focus areas or belly massage. Multiple requests may not be addressed unless adequate time is booked.
For a more therapeutic experience, you may add cupping to your session by selecting "Prenatal Bodywork plus enhancement"
Perinatal Lymphatic Drainage:
Lymphatic Drainage is safe for pregnancy & modified to your pregnancy. Helps to prevent & alleviate pregnancy related edema when done consistently throughout pregnancy. Promotes relaxation for better sleep, reduces pregnancy related joint inflammation and enhances the overall well-being of your pregnancy. You may request face drainage, muscular work for neck, shoulders, back, hips for sessions 90 min or more.
Perinatal Energy Work & Nervous System Balancing:
Experience the power of healing during your pregnancy to address energetic imbalances, nervous system misalignment, reduce anxiety, support better sleep, calm & ground you. You may choose any combination of healing modalities from Reiki, Craniosacral therapy, Siwa Murti & tuning forks.
Labor Stimulation:
After 39 weeks' gestation, try my Labor Stimulation Massage. Ideal for those who desire to stimulate your natural labor process. This session is recommended for those who have gone past their due date or who have had inconsistent labor patterns. This massage is both relaxing, energizing & grounding to support an optimal birthing experience.
Please schedule a longer session if you are needing more specific bodywork focus, carrying a lot of tension or have not had regular prenatal bodywork. A longer session is recommended for best results. Mini session is only recommended for those not needing a lot of bodywork or as a second session.
Most report going into active labor within 6-24 hours after this massage, results may vary, additional sessions may be necessary. I welcome your feedback if you have had this session. Labor Support
As a full Spectrum Doula, I offer a personalized approach to support your pregnancy and prepare for your postpartum recovery. Labor support provides consulting sessions ideal for those desiring minimal support & guidance through pregnancy.
Prenatal support joins you where you are in your pregnancy and is for those not desiring a doula through labor & birth. We will discuss tips and tricks to encourage a smoother, more comfortable pregnancy, labor, review policies/procedures and risks of your birthing choice. We will practice comfort measures specific to support you in labor with your birthing partner. I will assist you to plan for your postpartum recovery and provide answers to questions you may have. Positioning Choices
You will be comfortably and safely supported by prenatal bolstering options as well as reclining table feature. You may choose either face down or side lying positioning bolsters for your sessions.
Please indicate in booking notes which style you would like. Multiple requests for positioning or bolster change may disrupt your session time.
How to get the most out of your session!

Please arrive few minutes early to use the restroom, check in and get settled.
Please schedule adequate time to address your needs. Multiple requests, chronic issues, significant problem areas may not be addressed in sessions less than 90 minutes.
