My Restorative bodywork provides attention to deeper structures, releasing adhesions, correcting postural issues, chronic pain patterns & TMJ.
​My technique uses advanced deep tissue, methodical & intuitive bodywork to allow for the greatest benefit of each session & greater relaxation. Pressure comfort is always customized to your preference.  

My fertility focused massage is ideal for those desiring to improve fertility & conception outcomes. Session includes castor oil, fertility stimulating essential oils & abdominal wrap to heat your abdominal space prior to massage.  Massage applied to neck, shoulders, scalp, face & abdominal space, Accupressure/reflexology to hands & feet to open up blocked energy/meridians.  This session is recommended scheduled after menstruation through ovulation.  Repeat sessions may be necessary.

Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage is holistic approach to massage with focus on relieving physical & emotional stress from the body.   Session uses gentle strokes, traction, focused on muscle & joints, lymphatic drainage, energy work, sound healing & warm oil is used. 

For more chronic or serious bodywork issues, a longer & consistent session is strongly recommended for best results. Multiple requests may not be addressed in sessions less than 90 min.  

For a more therapeutic experience you may customize your session by selecting the "Restorative Bodywork plus Enhancement" option then select the enhancement you would like.  For more than 2 enhancements please select 120 min session. Visit my session enhancement menu for options.
