What is CFT? CFT is a gentle technique to address fascial strains in the body using craniosacral therapy and myofascial release therapy. With this method, the body unwinds where needed, freeing tissue and improving many conditions & trauma releases in the body. You remain fully clothed for sessions. CFT is safe for infants and is most beneficial to receive immediately following birth.

Parent participation is necessary for infants & children. Both parents are welcome! Your feedback is an important aspect of CFT. Please plan session accordingly for best time of day. Please be mindful to not schedule during nap or feeding times. 60 min session is recommended for 1st session.
Questions will be answered during session time. If you have multiple questions, please schedule a consultation or longer session so that you get the most out of the session.
Repeat sessions are often necessary especially for infants. Most require about 4 sessions. In studio sessions starting at $95, in home sessions starting at $170.
