Cyla provides holistic and trauma-informed therapeutic support before, during, and after pregnancy. She is perinatal mental health certified, Attachment Focused EMDR trained, and has a warm and collaborative approach.

Business Policies


​I have revised my menu with exciting new service options for a more therapeutic & blissful experience!  I have not raised fees for last few years.  Our current state of inflated business operational costs has prompted a need to increase.  
 
​Online booking not available for home visits. Please contact (747) 207-7560 to schedule your session or schedule an outcall consultation.

Please request your preference at time of appointment for mask to be worn.  At this time masks are not mandated however I am happy to wear one upon request.   Please wash hands/use sanitizer prior to session.

Please plan to arrive 5-10 min prior to your appointment for consultation, using restroom & dressing time.   If you arrive late your session may be shortened depending on availability. 

If you require additional consultation time prior to your session, please add on complimentary consultation to your session.  Additional time may not be available if not booked in advance.   

Please review/sign new client intake forms emailed to you prior to session.  Future scheduling will be on hold until both waivers are signed.  

 Street parking only.  Please do not park in driveway, block driveways or gates and pay attention to street parking signs.   Please enter space quietly as to not disturb our neighbors or sessions that may be in progress.

Home visits subject to rescheduling due to weather conditions or extended traffic delays.  Home visits offered Monday & Friday unless other days become available. 

You may cancel or reschedule online up t0 24 hrs prior to your appointment without charge.

Failure to confirm & pre -pay for your session 24 hrs prior to your appointment may result in your appointment being canceled.   

No refunds are given for gift certificates, services provided, prepaid sessions, series packages or memberships.  If you have provided 24 hr cancellation notice, your account will be credited for future session, or you may request refund.   Business not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.   Business not responsible for errors made during appointments you have booked.  If you have made an error that results in no show, 24 hr cancellation policy will be applied.  

Failure to provide 24 hr notice for cancelation will result in you being charged for full session booked. including series, packages & gift certificate bookings.   Due to onset of labor, your account will be credited for future postnatal massage
or refund issued upon request. 

If you have an emergency situation that requires you to cancel less than 24 hr notice, please reach out to me as I may be able to offer an accommodation.  

Business is not responsible for parking issues, damage or theft of your vehicle, towing or parking tickets. Please read all parking signs to avoid being ticketed or towed.   Business is also not responsible for any lost or stolen items during your visit.  

Please understand a space is being prepared & held for you.   Your cooperation is appreciated. and allows me to continue to provide you exceptional services. 

Failure to provide accurate location details for home visit that may impede my ability to provide services may result in cancellation & full charge for session booked.  If there are disruptions or delays during home visit, an additional charge may apply if session goes beyond scheduled time.  Please understand that your appointment may not be able to be extended and is subject to availability.
