Partner care is available to support & nurture you as you prepare to welcome your little one to the family.

Partners & spouses count too! Often the focus is only on the birthing person and baby. Partners and spouses need to be supported and nurtured through the journey to parenthood.
What does partner care look like? Schedule a restorative bodywork, energy balance or craniosacral therapy session to help you unwind, release tension & ground yourself so you can be your best for your partner as you navigate your way to prepare for the welcoming of your little one.

Partner care can also include a prenatal or labor support coaching session to teach you all the ways you can support your partner through pregnancy, labor & delivery.
Partner care may also include a post-natal recovery coaching session to teach you how you can best support your partner through the post-natal recovery time. Planning for postnatal recovery is crucial for the well-being of the entire family and is often not considered prior to giving birth. I am here to make this transition be as smooth as possible for your family.

Bodywork, energy work or craniosacral therapy sessions may be scheduled in office or in home. Coaching sessions can be scheduled virtually or in person.
